1. Eligibility

• The Program is a one-time offer, applicable only on the first successful order placed on Havells One App.
• The mobile number used for Havells One app login acts as unique identifier for consumers.

2. Reward Qualification Criteria

• Rewards issued only on successful delivery of full order; order status must be 'Completed' and all sub-orders 'Delivered'.
• Partial delivery or cancellation keeps consumers eligible for reward in next successful order on Havells One App.
• Total order value after subtracting discounts, vouchers or redeemed loyalty tokens shall be considered for reward.

3. Rewards/Benefits

• Consumer has the option to choose only one of the following: Cashback, Amazon Vouchers, Loyalty Tokens.
• Rewards would be calculated based on the slabs of Total Order value

• Consumers opting for Loyalty Tokens option for reward will get 2X Tokens of reward value.

4. Reward Delivery

• Confirmation SMS shall be sent to the registered mobile number by respective partner/s of Havells.
• In case of eligible consumer not getting reward/benefit, they can raise their concerns to Havells customer care team on 8045771313 or mail to giftcards-support@razorpay.com

5. Amazon Voucher Validity And Loyalty Token Terms

• Amazon voucher validity: six months from issuance.
• Amazon Vouchers can be redeemed at Amazon App and https://www.amazon.in/ website.
• Loyalty tokens shall be governed by https://havells.com/happiness-tnc.

6. General Terms

• Havells may at any time modify, extend, suspend or terminate program without any prior notice.
• In case of any issue decision of Havells is final.
• Program cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.
• Misuse or fraud may lead to disqualification.
• Participation implies consent to receive communication via SMS.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Havells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, etc. of any nature whatsoever.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.

9. Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Havells reserves the right to withdraw benefits if any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected. Decision of Havells shall be final in this regard.

10. Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

• This offer is valid from 20th March 2026 to 20th April (“Offer Period”).
• The offer is applicable to consumers who completes IoT setup for their Havells or Lloyd product on the Havells One App during the Offer Period.
• Upon successful IoT device setup on the app, the consumer will receive a scratch card instantly.
• Every eligible consumer will see a scratch card post IoT setup completion; however, only a limited number of lucky winners will receive a ₹125 Zomato gift voucher.
• The scratch card reward is randomly allocated, and winning is subject to availability of vouchers.
• Each consumer can participate once per IoT device. Each consumer can participate once per device. Multiple distinct products will allow multiple chances.
• The Zomato gift voucher, if won, will be displayed digitally on the winning screen & shared on registered mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp.
• Havells India Limited retains the right to alter, amend, modify, suspend, continue, or terminate all or any portion of the offer at any given time without prior notice. The Company also holds the authority to withdraw or extend the offer period without prior notice.
• Zomato’s gift card terms & conditions are updated at https://www.zomato.com/policies/gift-card/.
• Offer not applicable on State of Tamil Nadu.
• Validity of Zomato Voucher will be 6 months from the date of issuance.
•  Havells India Ltd. shall not be responsible for:
  1. Any technical issues, system delays, or app-related errors.
  2. Incorrect details provided by the consumer during registration.
  3. Voucher usage issues governed by Zomato’s own terms & conditions.
• Any dispute arising should be referred to the Company, and the decision made by the Company shall be considered final and binding on all parties involved. The concept of Force Majeure is applicable in this context.
• Any disputes, if they arise, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

How to Redeem your Benefit Vouchers?

Zomato vouchers shall be redeemable exclusively on the Zomato mobile app by navigating to Profile Section > Claim Gift Card, entering the voucher code and PIN, upon which the voucher value shall be credited as Zomato Money to the consumer’s account.

• This offer is valid from 10th March 2026 to 10th April 2026 (“Offer Period”).
• The offer is applicable to consumers who register a new Havells or Lloyd product on the Havells One App during the Offer Period.
• Upon successful product registration on the app, the consumer will receive a scratch card instantly.
• Every eligible consumer will see a scratch card post product registration; however, only a limited number of lucky winners will receive a ₹125 Zomato gift voucher.

• Each consumer can participate once per product registration. Multiple distinct products will allow multiple chances, whereas multiple registrations of the same/existing product will not be considered.
