These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Havells EV Charger coupon “GOGREEN” which offer additional Rs.2500 off discount, and is available exclusively on the official Havells website www.havells.com. And Havells one app. 

1. Eligibility

• This Offer is valid only on purchases made through the Havells official website (www.havells.com) OR Havells One App via - iOS and Android.
• The Offer is applicable exclusively to products under the EV Charger category.
• The Offer is not valid for purchases made through offline stores, third-party marketplaces, or any other online platforms.
• Coupon offer is open to all residents of India.
• Coupon offer shall be applicable on the discounted price for a quantity of 1 N (inclusive of all taxes) available on the Havells website.
• Each customer may be redeemed the coupon code multiple times; however, such redemption of coupon will be eligible against single purchase.

2. Coupon Usage

• The coupon code must be entered at the time of checkout to avail of the discount.
• Only one coupon can be applied per order.
• Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated.
• The coupon is valid only during the promotional period mentioned in the offer communication.
• The discount applies only to eligible Havells EV Charger SKUs as listed or communicated under this Offer.

3. Validity and Duration

• The Offer is valid till withdrawn by Havells at its sole discretion.
• Havells reserves the right to change or cancel the Offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Exclusions

• The Offer is not applicable to accessories, spare parts, or any other product category outside.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value.
• The Offer is not valid on bulk or corporate orders.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• In case of order cancellation or product return, the coupon discount value shall not be refunded.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed on the amount actually paid by the customer after applying the coupon. Refund will take place as per subject to the Company’s Return and Refund Policy.

6. Misuse and Fraud

• Havells reserves the right to cancel orders and/or suspend or restrict access in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
• Coupons obtained or shared through unauthorized channels shall be deemed invalid.

7. General Terms

• This offer is valid till stocks last and may be withdrawn or modified by Havells at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Havells shall not be responsible for any technical issues preventing coupon application or order completion.
• Havells’ decision regarding all matters related to this Offer shall be final and binding.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
• Havells reserves the right to alter, modify, amend, and/or shorten, terminate, and withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. Decision of the Havells shall be final and binding.
